-
The contest runs until August 15, and the winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
-
The selected name will be announced on August 16 via the organization’s social media pages and website.
-
“The mascot is going to play a big role in not only raising awareness for Scoring Goals For The Community but also for raising funds for the charities that our events are hosted for,” organizer Sam Daskalopoulos told Bullet Point News.
-
“Since Scoring Goals For The Community was founded in Stouffville, we felt it was only right to engage our community to help us name the mascot,” he added.
-
Scoring Goals For The Community has raised over $76,000 since they started in 2017. They hope to hit the $100,000 mark this year.
