- Stouffville is now accepting applications from local residents for the judging panel at this year’s Ribfest.
- The free event arrives next weekend, running from Friday, August 11 to Sunday, August 13.
- As a judge, you will get to taste delicious ribs to decide which award-winning teams take home this year’s trophies.
- Those looking to apply must be Stouffville residents aged 18 or older with no allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Applicants need to attend Ribfest on Sunday, August 13, reporting to the judging area at 4:45 p.m. to begin judging at 5 p.m.
- Judges must remain on-site for the follow-up Awards Ceremony ending at approximately 6:15 p.m. and consent to the taking of photographs and audio/video recording.
- Selected participants must respond within 24 hours of being contacted, otherwise, another draw will take place.
- To enter, take a photo of yourself grilling, tag the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, and post it to your favourite social media platform. Be sure to include a screenshot of your post when applying.
