Residents are once again invited to shop local, explore Downtown businesses, and celebrate community connections as Ladies’ Night comes to the Village of Stouffville. The event marks the first of several initiatives being organized by the Village of Stouffville Advisory Committee this year.

Scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, from 5 to 9 p.m., the evening will bring shopping promotions, dining specials, entertainment, and Mother’s Day-themed experiences to Main Street and surrounding businesses.

Organizers describe the event as an opportunity for residents to gather with friends and family while discovering what local retailers, restaurants, and wellness businesses have to offer ahead of Mother’s Day.

Participating businesses throughout the Village will feature giveaways, seasonal products, themed menus, and interactive experiences designed to create a festive atmosphere within the Downtown core.

Attendees can also enjoy live music from local performers, art activities, complimentary wellness programming, and additional community-focused experiences throughout the evening.

More than a dozen businesses and organizations are participating, including retailers, restaurants, fitness studios, salons, and cafés. 19 on the Park will also be open, featuring a Village of Stouffville-themed photo booth for ticket holders.

Tickets are $10 and available through Eventbrite, with proceeds supporting the Whitchurch Stouffville Food Bank. The initiative continues the event’s charitable component following the November 2024 Ladies’ Night, which raised more than $1,000 for the Food Bank.

While the event is branded as Ladies’ Night, Village of Stouffville Advisory Committee organizers note that all residents are welcome to purchase tickets and attend. A complete list of participating businesses and featured promotions is available online.
