  • An application has been submitted for 12 three-storey townhouses within two buildings on Elm Road.
  • The plan would utilize a ~2,975 square meter combined lot comprising 338 Elm, 124 Fairview, and 340 Glad Park.
  • Each unit would include a basement secondary suite, backyard, and detached garage along a one-way public laneway at the rear lot line.
  • This will allow for two parking spaces per unit, one in each garage and another on a parking pad.
  • While not yet approved, the developer’s application is considered complete and a Zoning By-Law Amendment is required to permit various elements of the proposal.
  • A Statutory Public Meeting will be coming this fall prior to Council making any decisions on the project.
