• The Stouffville Mustangs U14 Soccer Team emerged victorious in their summer season opener, securing a 2-1 win against the Kleinburg Nobleton Soccer Club.
  • Team captain Karthick Thushanthan scored both of the Mustangs’ goals, one of which was a penalty kick.
  • “It was hard fought win for us this evening,” Coaches Shaun Henson & Fadi Blaney told Bullet Point News. “We have been training hard for 3 weeks, 5 nights per week… We deserved this win.”
  • Following their recent partnership with Inter Milan Academy, SSC has collaborated with local businesses to expand their training programs.
  • The Club’s U14 players now have access to a running coach, nutritionist, physiotherapy, and strength and conditioning facilities.
  • SSC’s local partners include Stouffville Physio, Functional Strength and Therapy, nutritionist Shana Daniel from Wellnessessity, and local running coach Brittany Dunbar.
  • The team is now preparing for next Thursday’s match against a talented Thornhill Soccer Club team. “It will test our efforts once again,” the two coaches said.
