2025 Water and Wastewater Budget Proposes 4.4% User Fee Increase
The Town’s 2025 water and wastewater operations have a proposed budget of $20.72 million. This is an increase of $514,360 over 2024 spending, amounting to 2.55% growth.
Stouffville’s Tabled 2025 Budget Proposes 5.69% Municipal Tax Levy Increase
The increase includes an additional 2.69% in operating levies, 2% to help meet the Town’s asset management needs, and 1% for the Main Street Reconstruction project. Stouffville’s tax levy accounts for just under 34% of residential property tax bills.
