- Last night, the Stouffville Spirit fell 4-7 against the Burlington Cougars at Central Arena.
- First period started off hot for both teams, with Burlington scoring 4 goals and Stouffville with 2. Jack Richard managed 2 goals and 1 assist for Burlington. Jeremy Hirsch and Zack Corte scored a goal each for the Spirit.
- The Spirit wasn’t as hot in the second, going scoreless as Burlington furthered their lead with 2 more goals, to make it 6-2 Cougars. Joseph Nikac secured his second point of the night alongside Isaac Faccio with assists on Joel Chauvin’s goal.
- The Spirit fought back in the third, with goals from Zachary Benayon and Ryan Harvey securing their second points of the night, but weren’t able to catch up as the Cougars scored 2 more.
- The Spirit move forward with determination as they look to their upcoming match with the Oakville Blades on Fri. Nov. 11 at 7pm.
