“These meetings will be structured to facilitate constructive dialogue and ensure that residents have an opportunity to have their voices heard,” a Stouffville press release explains.
“Attendees will have the chance to pose questions to their councillors, raise concerns, offer suggestions, and provide feedback on Town initiatives and services,” it adds.
Virtual or remote viewing and participation options will not be provided, and the meetings will not be recorded.
The Town is asking residents to register for their respective town hall event by visiting www.townofws.ca/townhalls.
