Vehicle thieves are experienced, scope out vehicles during the day, and return in the middle of the night or in the early morning. Outdoor lights or street lights do not phase them. They are in and out within 1 to 2 minutes.

On Sat. Feb. 4, Lions Club members will be collecting litter in different regions in Stouffville. “Litter never takes a break so we can’t either”, says the Chairman of the Club’s Environment Committee.
