- The Town will accept a donated Leopard tank from the Department of National Defence and place it at the Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum.
- Stouffville’s cenotaph will be relocated to Memorial Park as part of a new memorial space south of the Lawn Bowling Club, sparing the Stouffville Horticultural Society’s garden at Park and Booth Drives.
- Council directed Staff to investigate Development Charges deferrals aimed at incentivizing the building of greater purpose-built rental housing.
- An approved Member Motion from Councillor Upton directed Staff to explore possible ways of limiting office uses for at-grade commercial units along portions of Main Street.
- Council approved the Terms of Reference for a new Youth Advisory Working Group, with promotion and recruitment of members set to begin in August 2024.
- By-laws were passed to formally enact new Heritage Conservation District plans for the Church Street, O’Brien Avenue, and Main Street West areas.
- The 2024 Transportation and Water and Wastewater Master Plans were formally adopted.

- A By-law was passed ushering in 2024’s tax rates and billing schedule. A similar By-law was passed for the Downtown Stouffville Area.
- Updates to Stouffville’s Ratepayer Association Policy were approved.
