- EastRidge Church is sending a team to Chiang Mai, Thailand, this November to collaborate with the local nonprofit foster care organization, Connie’s Home.
- Connie’s Home cares for sick infants and children awaiting adoption. They also support children from high-risk environments by creating a safe space to facilitate their transition to adoption.
- Additionally, Connie’s Home works with young women—including some who are completing their sentences at the Chiang Mai Women’s Juvenile Detention Centre—helping them build strong foundations through life and job skills training.
- “Today’s car wash at EastRidge Church aims to raise funds for supplies, resources, and the team to work with Connie’s Home,” EastRidge Associate Pastor Dr. Sam Barry told Bullet Point News.
